General Terms and Conditions for Hotel Booking Services of the SUMMUM TRAVEL e. K.

AlterBookings is a brand of SUMMUM TRAVEL e. K., Berlin.

With the purchase of fixed price offers, you accept our following conditions, which become the same contract content:

CONSTITUTE OF A TREATY
The SUMMUM TRAVEL e. K. offers on its own behalf and bill the mediation of hotel booking services. The bidder or buyer accepts the offer through the immediate purchase / booking request. If a fixed price offer is purchased, the purchase between the bidder / buyer and us is a contract for the services described in the offer.
The hotel service is only available for the date specified in the offer and the selected hotel.

COSTS
The offer prices are final prices and therefore include any applicable VAT and other price components. In some cases, depending on the region, there may be a local bed tax or visitor’s tax, which is not part of the offer. Details may be available after booking.
The selling price also includes the delivery costs by e-mail. All advanced options – such as a mailing with an extended gift option – can either be booked as an additional option in the offer or requested as an extension in the SUMMUM TRAVEL Service Center for a fee.

AFTER THE PURCHASE
After the purchase or, if applicable, the purchase, a first confirmation e-mail with payment information will automatically be sent to the buyer (Attention: In case of doubt ALWAYS check spam folders). The buyer pays afterwards to the SUMMUM TRAVEL e.K. with the approved payment options mentioned in the offer. After the payment has been made, the official confirmation will be sent within 24 hours.
If you have any questions regarding the booking, the Service Center is available. A description of the process of booking can be found in the offer.

LIABILITY
The SUMMUM TRAVEL e.K. guarantees the proper execution of the booking process. In the event of improper performance in the provision of the overnight accommodation service, our service center must be informed immediately. We are liable for this service in the event that it is based on intentional or negligent breaches of duty of our own legal representatives or vicarious agents.

DATA PROTECTION
The data provided to us will be stored and transmitted in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. The SUMMUM TRAVEL e.K. reserves the right to use the received address data for company-internal concerns. Data is always treated confidentially and forwarded to third parties only with the consent of the originator. With the booking of hotel services, the buyer grants the SUMMUM TRAVEL e.K. the release to provide the necessary data to the relevant companies in the settlement. In addition, the buyer agrees that the data provided by him over the purchase stored and used for internal purposes.

PURPOSEAL USE OF DATA
We adhere to the principle of earmarked data usage and collect, process and store your personal data only for the purposes for which you have provided us. A transfer of your data to third parties is generally only with your explicit consent or if this is required to provide the service.

INFORMATION AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You will receive information about your stored data. You can block, rectify or delete your data collected from us. You can also at any time revoke the consent given to us for data collection and use without giving reasons. Requests for information, correction, blocking or deletion Your data must be submitted in writing by post.
